Discovery
We talk about what the site is for, who it is for, and what has to happen for it to be worth the money. I ask about the parts of your business that never make it onto a brief.
- 02
Direction
I pin down the look, the structure, and the tone before any real building starts. You see references and a rough map so we agree on the direction while it is still cheap to change.
- 03
Design
I design the key pages in enough detail that you can judge them for real. We settle type, color, and layout here so the build phase is execution, not debate.
- 04
Build
I write the site by hand. You get progress on a live staging link instead of a status update in an email, so you can click through the real thing as it comes together.
- 05
Testing
I check the site on phones, tablets, and desktop, across the browsers your visitors actually use. Forms, links, load speed, and the small broken things get caught before you do.
- 06
Launch
I handle the domain, hosting, and the switch-over so the site goes live without a scary weekend. If something needs a redirect or a DNS change, I do it.
- 07
Support
After launch I am still the person who knows the site. You can reach me for edits, additions, or the occasional 'is this normal' question without opening a ticket in a queue.
- 08
Iterate
We keep improving what matters after launch (clarity, speed, conversion) in small passes, because the person who built it is still the person making the changes.
